3D Printer Enclosure

This is the 3D printer enclosure I designed and built to create a stable printing environment.

The frame is made from aluminum extrusions with custom 3D-printed joints for strength and stability. Durable white panels keep out dust and maintain consistent temperature.

The foam mat base reduces vibrations and noise, improving print quality.

The spacious design ensures room for the printer and accessories, with secure cable management for a clean setup.

This enclosure is essential for maintaining print consistency and protecting the printer from external interference.

Final Piece with temporary cover.

This is a corner joint I designed and 3D printed for my 3D printer enclosure. It’s made to connect three aluminum extrusions.

Pottily

This is a 3D-printed pot, featuring a fun and expressive face. It’s been painted using a multi-layer painting technique with primer and additional layers to enhance the details and give it a unique character.

- Material and Printing: The pot was 3D printed, with PLA+ for smooth detail and durability.

- Priming and Painting: After priming, multiple paint layers were applied to create contrast and highlight the facial details.

-Style and Purpose: The pots have a playful and artistic appearance, making them perfect for small plants, decorative purposes, or as conversation starters.

Pots modeled in SideFx Houdini and finished off the process in zBrush.
