Project Transfer is an innovative re-creation of the iconic Laser scene from the 2010 Tron film. The project captures the moment the protagonist is transported into the digital realm, with the laser FX and its unique characteristics serving as the primary visual focus.

Originally, as the Project Director, I envisioned utilizing acquisition footage of a computer-filled basement, complemented by a detailed, 3D-modeled laser effect. This approach, however, evolved over the course of the project, leading to a series of intricate tasks such as match moving, modeling, texturing, and more, all culminating in the final rendering stage.

In my capacity as Project Director, my responsibilities were expansive and comprehensive. They included overall project planning, conceptual design, and UI interface design. On the technical side, I oversaw the creation of the laser FX, laser modeling, asset preparation and support, and the final rendering process. This broad range of duties ensured the successful completion of Project Transfer, delivering an authentic and engaging cinematic experience.
